Product & Packaging Execution

 

As requested by sales and marketing: they wanted customers to be able to see all the pieces, so a two piece blister was created to house all the pieces and packaging inserts. Every piece is positioned in the blister in a haphazard way to entice and communicate the "balancing" aspect. There are a total of 18 pieces including a die made from all-natural wood. Each piece has been thought through carefully by keeping the illustration style consistent. It was decided to use pops of color with more natural colors and also no heavy bold black lines to communicate the fun and softness of these characters. Each animal comes with its significant other including Noah and his wife and are differentiated mostly by eyes and cheeks, but there are a few other ways as well including pattern and shape.

For the packaging, the whale was used as an asset to showcase all the important information about the product and then when flipped to the back, the whale's tail is sticking out of the water to keep the theme moving throughout the packaging. Everything is custom illustrated, which makes for another fun world for young minds to explore.
