About MUGS
MUGS Coffee & Tea was a coffee shop that believed in serving the Anderson community through offering quality roasted coffee as well as sandwiches and sweets. By hosting this event, they successfully drove Anderson University students as well as young adults to their shop using this event.
Identity & Promotionals Execution
Since the owners wanted to draw students and alumni from Anderson University to their shop, the color orange was used. The color of orange, especially this orange, is similar to the color for AU. The orange was paired with the black and white photography to make that orange grab people's attention. The photography was taken at an unusual angle to allude to the concert that was to take place. The logo, which helps bring everything together and was requested by the owners, is a simplified top-down of a mug and saucer. To introduce the music to this logo, the frequency ranges were created. Together it grabs people's attention, but also is not a literal approach to the mark. The t-shirts were given to people who attended this event and were sold on their website.
